First Posting

This has been something that I have wanted to do now for the past several months and I feel badly that recent events have prompted me to get off my butt and start, but oh well, here we are. My plan is to document the meaningful events in the lives of our family, so that our children will have an idea of the things that happened in the past.

While I will try and be faithful to the intent of this blog I recognize I’m only human and I’m not as reliable as I’d like to be. Also, I plan on back-posting quite a bit as well. I think it would be nice for the kids to know where there parents came from, where they grew up and the unique circumstances that brought us all together.
