Last day of vacation
If only every day could start out like this. Woke up around 7a, Malia went off to work at 730 and I made a pot of coffee. By 8a I was relaxing on the back porch listening to the wind in the trees, sipping my coffee and enjoying the cool breeze. Everything was serene and peacful, and that’s when it happened!

Computer Recycling
Spent the entire day downstairs, got rid of all my old computer stuff. I took it to Extreme Recycling and I’m pretty sure they thought that all those computers could not have possibly come from one house! Sadly, they did, I filled an entire mini-van with computers and computer parts. I feel like I should be in CCA, Computer Collector’s Annonymous!

Plumbing Drama
So Sunday night we had invited Malia’s family over for dinner. When I got home Malia told me that when she started to drain the tub, the toilet would gurgle, not a good sign! I flushed the toilet and it immediately began to overflow, so this was already not starting out good. Things went from bad to worse in a very short amount of time. When I realized there was nothing I could do to fix it I decided to call a plumber.

Well we’ve had several more showings over this past week, it’s been rather exciting! In fact including today’s showings, we’ve had 8 since Thursday! There have been a few comments that were less than exciting but one yesterday was very promising, I don’t know if they were interested enough to make an offer, but it sounds like our house was in their top 10 list!

WOW! Our Realtor is on the ball, the house just went up on Thursday and we have two showings today and one scheduled for tomorrow. Maybe the house will get sold sooner than we think!
