Today was our 19th wedding anniversary, and we spent most of the day at the hospital. Today was Nathan’s final cat scan before surgery and this time around they wanted him sedated. After the horrible experience at the ER we had Nathan accessed at the cancer center. It was also Dr. Otthman’s birthday so Malia put together a very nice framed picture for a gift.

We got to the hospital around 10:30a and headed up to the 5th floor. The radiologist was ready for us about an hour later, and we all headed down with Nathan, who was on a bed. They stated the anesthesia once he was on the CT table and were able to get some really good images.

We were back up in the room before noon, and by 12:30 Nathan was awake, hungry and thirsty. After making sure he was ok and not having any sort of allergic reaction we were able to go home.
